We went to Ashley furniture in deptford nj and upon arrival we were greeted by Jay and may we say how lucky and fortunate we were !!! We were buying a mattress nd Jay was so knowledgeable about the products he sells ! He listened to what we wanted and went straight into action to tell us about every mattress they have ! So Thank You Jay and May every reader come in and ask for you also have to give a shout out to Aaron and Carolann .oh nd yes we purchased our mattress !!!

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a couch. As soon as we entered the store Taniya immediately greeted us with her name and asked our names including our sons. We had an amazing experience with her. She priced everything out, price matched our couch, answered all questions, and it felt like we knew her for a long time. She had such a positive attitude and we were so grateful to work with her and actually go back to get another piece of furniture! Thank you Taniya!

What a wonderful team at Deptford Ashley’s! From the moment I walked in to the moment i walked out the door, i was given excellent service. Joie greeted me immediately upon arrival and directed me to Sam who researched my issue and involved Aaron who was able to then give me guidance on a resolution. I spent time in the store looking for an item, during which I was helped by Joie every time I had a question. She was so kind and helpful, she made my day. And even though I didn’t find what I needed here, Sam & Aaron ensured I would be taken care of at the next location so I didn’t have to start all over with my problem. This has been such a stressful issue to navigate but these three gave me such amazing assistance tonight, I can’t even be upset anymore lol Would definitely recommend !

My wife and I have bought furniture from many places and this was easily the best experience we've ever had. We came, the manager helped us, answered questions without making us feel pressured. My wife went back the next day and said Jay Vargas was the best salesperson she's ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot from two 50-somthings that have bought numerous furniture, cars, beds, etc. She asked very specific questions and he delivered knowledgeable answers. He went above and beyond in every way. We can't recommend Ashley more.

The great selection and ample displays made it easy to find everything we needed and our sales person, Adam, was knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Great selection of sectional sofas! Salesman(Aaron) greeted me with a smile. I told him I wanted to look around and would find him if I had any questions. I did not feel pressured at all! I found a sectional I loved, he answered questions I had, and seamlessly placed my order. The cashier was very friendly as well. My only negative comment is that it will not be available/delivered for two months😢 I love the fact that I could mix and match the pieces on this sectional. Very happy customer!
